For 40 years, he has worked in EdTech publishing as an accomplished executive business leader, providing in-field leadership development for sales personnel and professional development specialists. Mike is highly effective in sales operations leadership and has extensive experience managing teams focused on strategy, territory management, key account management, and revenue growth. In 2009, Mike founded Michael Bates Strategic Solutions, a consulting business providing organizations with professional management expertise.
